These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website www.FXPhotoBooths.com (“Website”) and the photo booth rental services provided by FX Photo Booths (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our Website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or our services.

1. Services

We provide photo booth rental and related event services in central Pennsylvania and surrounding areas. Specific inclusions, run time, staffing, and add-ons are those described in your written booking agreement or quote, which controls if it conflicts with general descriptions on this Website.

2. Bookings, Payment & Retainer

A booking is confirmed only when we have received your signed agreement and any required retainer.
The retainer reserves your date and is applied toward your total balance.
The remaining balance is due by the date stated in your booking agreement.
Prices, packages, and availability are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling terms, including any non-refundable retainer, are set out in your booking agreement. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate date changes subject to availability.

4. Event Access & Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring safe, timely access to the venue, adequate space, and a standard power supply for the booth. Delays or conditions outside our control that reduce operating time are not our responsibility, and rental time is not extended without prior agreement.

5. Photos, Media & Marketing

Guests may receive digital and/or printed images captured at your event. Unless you notify us in writing before your event, you grant us a non-exclusive right to use anonymized event images for portfolio and marketing purposes. We will honor reasonable requests to remove specific images from our marketing.

6. Conduct & Liability

Our equipment and attendants must be treated respectfully. You are responsible for damage to our equipment caused by you or your guests. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the services is limited to the amount paid for the booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by or licensed to FX Photo Booths and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.” Your continued use of our Website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
