FX Photobooths Terms of Service

Welcome to FX Photobooths! By using our photobooth rental services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

Services

FX Photobooths provides photobooth rental services for weddings, corporate events, parties, and other occasions. Our photobooths utilize state-of-the-art photography equipment and software to provide high quality photos and videos with customizable templates, props, and effects.

Rental Fees and Deposits

The rental fees and deposit amounts for our photobooths will be clearly communicated during the booking process. A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your photobooth rental. The remaining rental balance is due no later than 14 days prior to your event date. We accept all major credit cards. Rental fees do not include additional services such as scrapbook printing, attendant tips, or transportation fees if applicable.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your photobooth rental for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 30 days prior to the event date will receive a full refund of any rental fees paid minus the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made less than 30 days but more than 14 days before the event date will receive a 50% refund of rental fees paid. No refunds are provided for cancellations made within 14 days of the event date.

Rental Policies

Renter agrees to provide ample space, power outlets, and shelter from weather for the photobooth as discussed with FX Photobooths staff. Renter is responsible for any damages to the photobooth equipment not caused by normal wear and tear. FX Photobooths staff have the discretion to terminate photobooth operations if there are safety concerns or abuse of the equipment. All photos and videos captured during the photobooth rental are the property of FX Photobooths, but digital copies will be provided to the Renter upon request.

Limitation of Liability

FX Photobooths will not be held liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control such as natural disasters, accidents, or equipment malfunctions. Our total liability is limited to the total amount of rental fees paid. FX Photobooths has no liability for any personal injury related to photobooth operation by guests.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the state where the photobooth rental takes place. Any disputes must be handled via binding arbitration in that same state.

Data Storage and Retention

FX Photobooths stores data securely in the United States. Personal information is retained only as long as necessary for business purposes or to comply with laws. Photographs, videos, messages, and other media from photobooth rentals are retained indefinitely as part of our business records unless deletion is specifically requested.
